Nitrogen filler for hermetic tanks

Low Pressure Inerting System (Nitrogen Filler) for food liquids
Maximum flow rate 100 l/min ( = 7.3 kg./hour)

Total protection against oxidation .

Inerting the "tank headspace"is the most effective technique for preserving the organoleptic characteristics of wine and oil. By replacing oxygen with inert gases (Nitrogen or Argon), the risk of oxidation and the formation of bloom or mold is eliminated.

Why choose our two-stage nitrogen filling system

Our kit NITROGEN FILLER uses a Precision dual-stage gearbox which delivers the gas at an extremely low pressure (30 millibars).

  • Safety: The pressure of 0,03 bar allows use on any hermetic tank, even if not structured for high pressures (not PED certified).
  • Precision: Already supplied calibrated at 30 mbar , ready to use without the need for adjustments.
  • Efficiency: Nitrogen is not soluble: it keeps the structure of the wine unaltered, avoiding the unwanted "sparkling"effect.

Product Description

The primary reducer must be connected to the nitrogen cylinder and must be calibrated to reduce the pressure from 200 to 1 bar
The second stage further reduces the pressure from 1 bar up to 0.03 bar (30 Millibar). The pressures are indicated on the 3 pressure gauges on the nitrogen filler:

  • Nitrogen cylinder pressure
  • first stage outlet pressure (must be 1 bar max)
  • The third pressure gauge with millibar scale indicates the pressure delivered to the tank

The complete kit includes first stage second stage reducer and costs €429.00

VACUUM NITROGEN FILLER

Tank saturation due to depression .

For filling with nitrogen in one or more hermetic tanks of any size

The filler works rebalancing the depression , formed inside the tank when the liquid is withdrawn, allowing nitrogen gas to enter instead of atmospheric air which contains oxygen and oxidizes the drink.
Also applicable to closed but not pressure tested tanks as the pressure inside the tank remains the same as the external environment!
Can be used on any hermetic tank with manhole cover or in the open air as long as it is equipped with a pump float with a hole for a double-acting valve.
The complete system consists of a Standard PRESSURE REDUCER to which the Vacuum dosing VALVE and from CONNECTION WITH SAFETY VALVE which replaces the double-acting valve without further modifications
There are various versions of these safety valves to be applied to tanks of any model and capacity as well as applicable to demijohns by means of special silicone rubber caps.
For applications with more than one container, an equivalent number of VALVE CONNECTIONS containers must be ordered. An additional COLLECTOR allows you to connect all the tanks to a single Vacuum dosing VALVE

When to choose the vacuum system

Our kit uses a Vacuum dosing VALVE which detects the depression inside the tank and delivers the quantity of gas necessary to restore the internal pressure by rebalancing it with the external one.

The Vacuum dosing VALVE is extremely sensitive and comes into operation when the differential between internal/external pressure exceeds 5 Millibar .

  • Safety: The pressure inside the tank remains the same as the external environment so it works on any container as long as it is airtight.
  • Precision: Already supplied calibrated at 5 mbar , ready to use without the need for adjustments.
  • Efficiency: Nitrogen is not soluble and protects the liquid from oxidation.

Product Description

The standard pressure reducer must be connected to the nitrogen cylinder and must be calibrated to reduce the pressure from 200 to 1 bar
The Vacuum dosing VALVE connected to the reducer stops the flow of gas until the external and internal pressure coincide and then comes into operation when the pressure inside the tank decreases
The pressures indicated on the 2 pressure gauges on the nitrogen filler are:

  • nitrogen cylinder pressure
  • outlet pressure from the reducer (must be 1 bar)

The complete kit includes standard pressure reducer+ Vacuum dosing VALVE and costs €350.00
