The User can contact us by telephone or email requesting a written offer relating to the products visible on the site.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery of the products is considered completed at the Seller's headquarters (Ex Works), unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the Customer requests that transport be organized by the Seller, the shipment will take place via an approved courier to the address indicated in the order. Shipping costs: Unless otherwise agreed or indicated in the catalogue, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
In the case of pre-paid shipping with charge, the costs will be detailed in the order confirmation and included in the invoicing total.
Delivery terms: The delivery terms indicated in the order confirmation are indicative and not exhaustive. Any delays do not give the Customer the right to cancel the order or request compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer's obligations upon receipt:
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the Products with the order. Any anomalies, visible damage or shortages must be reported immediately to the carrier by placing a specific reservation on the transport document and communicated to the Seller within 7 working days.
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
The products are guaranteed for the absence of defects for a period of 12 months from delivery, pursuant to articles. 1490 and following of the CC. If the Customer detects any discrepancies with what was ordered, or finds defects inherent to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received, he must inform the UR Chill Technology Customer Support service via email within the deadline of 8 days from delivery (for apparent defects) or from discovery (for hidden defects), and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt, including a detailed description of the non-conformity and photographic material. Customer Service will provide the necessary information to resolve the problem via:
Shipping of missing items;
Replacement of defective items;
Refund or issuing of credit note.
In the event of a confirmed defect or shipping error attributable to UR Chill Technology, the return of the products will not incur any costs to be paid by the Customer. Replacements and returns will be made exclusively to the shipping address indicated in the original order. UR Chill Technology will not accept returns or requests for assistance from recipients or destinations other than those indicated at the time of purchase. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging (or equivalent packaging suitable for transport) and complete with all its parts.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract, the Court of Bologna will have exclusive jurisdiction.
