AISI 304 FLAT BOTTOM 'FP' CONTAINERS

The classic robust cylindrical containers with multiple uses. The wide range of sizes and capacities, capable of satisfying any need, makes them indispensable not only for classic storage but also for normal cellar or oil mill activities (see decanting, etc.).

MATERIAL USED FOR CONSTRUCTION:

  • AISI 304 stainless steel flowered finish thickness. mm. 0.6-0.7-0.8-1.5 top quality.
  • Latest generation TIG welding technology, without the addition of material.
  • Automatic brushing and pickling of welds.

SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES:

  • Stainless steel dust cover with grip knob.
  • Female threaded ring nut. Ø 1/2"- 1"in AISI 304 stainless steel.

PUMP FLOAT KIT FOR STAINLESS STEEL TANKS

The pump floats have the task of avoiding contact with atmospheric air, containing oxygen, of food liquids such as wine, oil and other foods as they are sensitive to oxidation. They work by creating an airtight barrier between the liquid and the outside air during storage periods.
The air chamber inflates and adapts perfectly to the walls of the tank, forming a barrier that prevents contact with oxygen

LID KIT WITH SILICONE GASKET

Stainless steel lids complete with gasket and metal locking band. Used to make refrigerated and non-refrigerated stainless steel tanks semi-hermetic. The silicone rubber gasket is placed on the edge of the tank on which the lid seals and is held pressed by the locking band with lever closure. The kit is compatible exclusively with our stainless steel tanks

Open conical bottom tanks with feet "FCP series"

Latest generation containers complete the open cylindrical tanks by equipping them with a low taper conical bottom (10 degrees), maintaining the construction quality unchanged. The conical bottom is suitable for the containment and conservation of food liquids which by their nature are prone to sedimentation of solid particles on the bottom (see olive oil, white wines, etc.).

FCCP series "storage"conical bottom tanks with upper manhole cover and feet. Versions with and without door

Hermetically sealed version of FCP cylindrical containers with conical bottom. The container is completely closed and equipped with a stainless steel upper manhole cover with relative vent valve. Absolutely indispensable for the prolonged storage of liquid, it is widely used combined with inert gas filling systems (see nitrogen, etc.).
