Rapid immersion cooler 'VELOGEL'
The "VELOGEL"is an immediate bottle cooler. Brings a bottle of wine from 26° to 8° in 3 minutes.
Ideal for restaurants, pubs, wine bars and any other business that needs to cool bottles of wine, beer or other drinks in a very short time.
It works with glycol at -25°C, but the bottles (1 to 3) do not get wet as they are immersed in glycol inside a nylon bag!
Velogels are supplied tested. They do not require any specific maintenance and their operation is extremely simple.
Product Description
It is a small cylindrical container which is equipped with a tank containing 7 liters of 50% water/propylene glycol mixture for food use. Once the machine is put into operation, it cools the glycol, bringing it to the service temperature set on the thermostat. By default we set the thermostat at -25° and the machine will take approximately 2 hours to bring the glycolic mixture to that temperature.
At this point, simply insert the bottle you intend to cool into a nylon bag and immerse everything in the Velogel tub.
The function of the bag is to prevent the glycol from touching the bottle as it would wet the label
